温州医科大学附属第二医院、育英儿童医院简介

温州医科大学附属第二医院 育英儿童医院坐落于浙江省东南沿海之滨---温州，是浙江省属三级甲等综合性医院，系温州医科大学第二临床医学院。医院始建于1976年，前身为“温州医学院白求恩门诊部”，1982年经浙江省卫生厅批准改建为温州医学院附属第二医院。1988年同时兼挂“儿童医院”牌子。1991年在台胞何朝育先生的捐助下，新建了儿童医院大楼，同时将“儿童医院”改名为“温州医学院附属育英儿童医院”。2004年浙江省卫生厅授予我院“浙江省立育英医院”牌子。2005年兼并温州心血管病医院，挂牌为附属第二医院南浦院区。2009年4月成立“温医附二骨科医院”、“温医附二妇产医院”。现托管平阳县第二人民医院、洞头县人民医院、乐清市大荆医院、苍南县第三人民医院和青田县人民医院，分设平阳分院、洞头分院、大荆分院、江南分院和青田分院。

医院设学院路院区、南浦院区、瑶溪院区、瓯江口院区、台州妇产科儿童院区五个院区，17万平方米的瑶溪院区、16万平方米的瓯江口院区、6万平方米的台州妇产科儿童院区正在兴建。现有73个病区，63个临床科室，100多个专科门诊，实际开放床位2600张，2015年服务门急诊病人319.2万例次，服务住院病人10.5万例次，开展各类手术7.9万例次。医院现有职工4000余人，其中，专业技术人员2901人，高级职称505人。研究生导师140人，其中，博导16人。享受政府特殊津贴2人，国家“千人计划”1人，浙江省“千人计划”8人，浙江省“151人才工程”30人，浙江省卫生高层次人才培养对象3人，浙江省医坛新秀培养对象5人，浙江省钱江人才计划项目8人，浙江省级名中医1人，浙江省高校中青年学科带头人9人，全国中药特色技术传承人才项目培养对象1人，温州市“551人才工程”78人，温州市拔尖人才2人，温州市杰出青年1人，温州市青年拔尖人才2人，瓯越名医8人。

目前拥有1个国家临床重点专科（儿童呼吸科）、1个国家中医药管理局“十二五”重点建设专科（康复医学）、浙江省重中之重临床医学一级学科4个专业方向（麻醉学、儿科学、骨外科学、妇产科学）、2个浙江省高等学校重点扶植学科和重点专业（麻醉学、儿科学）、1个浙江省高等学校创新团队（麻醉学）、2个浙江省重点实验室（麻醉学、骨科学）、3个温州市重点实验室（康复医学、儿科学、妇科肿瘤）、12个浙江省医学重点学科、2个温州市重点科技创新团队（麻醉学、骨科学）、26个院级重点建设和扶持学（专）科、16个校级研究院所（骨科研究所、疼痛医学研究所、麻醉神经内分泌研究所、儿科研究所、环境毒理与健康研究所、生殖生物医学研究院、心血管分子药理研究所、中医肛肠病研究所、妇科肿瘤研究所、老年神经病学研究所、心血管发育与转化医学研究所、中美磁共振脑功能研究所、骨科生物技术应用研究所、骨科数字化研究所、温州医科大学-伯明翰大学临床研究中心、中美针灸康复研究所）。“十二五”期间共获得包括国家科技进步奖二等奖在内的厅市级及以上奖项36项。

作为温州医科大学第二临床学院，拥有8个一级学科硕士点（临床医学、中西医结合、护理、药学、中药学、基础医学、生物学、生物医学工程）、临床医学一级学科博士点及博士后流动站，是温州医科大学本科和硕士临床医学专业来华留学生实习基地，形成了本科、硕士、博士、博士后、毕业后教育、留学生教育全方位、多层次的人才培养体系。特别是在住院医师规范化培训方面，我院成为国家级住院医师规范化培训基地，是浙江省规培基地联合体牵头单位；麻醉学科在省内最先试行住院医师规范化培训与专业学位研究生并轨培养、四证合一培养模式，为全省铺开此项工作提供必要的经验；儿科、麻醉科成为温州医科大学规培示范专业基地。

The Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children's Hospital ofWenzhouMedicalUniversity(WMU)

The Second Affiliated Hospital & Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (WMU), located in the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province, is a tertiary A-level comprehensive hospital, and also serves as the Second Clinical Medicine School of WMU.

The history of the hospital can trace back to 1976, when the hospital was originally established as Bethune Clinic of Wenzhou Medical College. Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province (Now known as Health and Family Planning Commission of Zhejiang Province) renamed the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College in 1982. Yuying Children’s Hospital, branched from the general hospital in 1988, was named after Taiwanese Mr. Chaoyu He and his wife Mrs. Meiying Huang who donated an out-patient & in-patient building of the children’s hospital in 1991. In 2004, the children’s hospital was graded as provincial hospital by Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province. Another two branched hospitals, theOrthopedicsHospitaland the Gynecology andObstetricsHospital, were founded in 2009. The hospital now offers trusteeship for five county hospitals, namely the Second People’s Hospital of Pingyang County, People’shospitalofDongtouCounty,DajingHospitalin Yueqing, the Third People’s Hospital of Cangnan County and People’s Hospital of Qingtian County, and runs Pingyang Branch, Dongtou Branch, Dajing Branch, Jiangnan Branch and Qingtian Branch.

The Hospital has five campuses, Xueyuan Road Campus, Nanpu Campus, Yaoxi Campus (under construction, 170,000 sq.m), Oujiangkou Campus (under construction, 160,000 sq.m) and Taizhou Campus (under construction, 60,000 sq.m). With a total of 73 wards, 63 clinical units, over 100 specialty clinics, 2600 beds available and 3000 under construction, the hospital took about 3,192,000 outpatient visits in 2015, discharged 105,000 patients, and performed 79,000 surgeries.

Currently, the hospital has over 4000 employees, of which 2901 are professional technical personnel including 505 with senior professional titles, 140 tutors including 18 Ph.D. tutors, 2 get government special allowance, 1 elected as National Recruitment Program of 1000 Plan experts, 8 Provincial Recruitment Program of 1000 Plan experts, 30 elected to the 151 Talents Program of Zhejiang Province, 3 listed on the High-level Medical Talents Project of Zhejiang, 5 as the Up-and-coming Patient Care Providers of Zhejiang, 8 elected to the Zhejiang Qianjiang Talents Program, 1 Provincial Famous TCM Expert, 9 Youth College Discipline Leaders of Zhejiang Province, 1 elected to the National TCM Characteristic Techniques Program, 78 elected to the 551 Talents Program of Wenzhou, 2 Top Talents of Wenzhou, 1 Outstanding Youth of Wenzhou, 2 Top Youth Talents of Wenzhou, 7 granted funding of Wenzhou High-Level Innovative Techniques Program, and 8 Wenzhou Ouyue Excellent Doctors.

Among the research and clinical departments of the Hospital, 1 is ranked as National Key Clinical Specialty: Pediatric Respiratory Medicine, 1 as Key Specialty of The State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine "Twelfth Five-Year Plan": Rehabilitation Medicine, 4 specialties awarded as Zhejiang Provincial Top Key Disciplines of Clinical Medicine: Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Gynecology and Obstetrics; 2 Key Supported Disciplines of Universities in Zhejiang Province: Anesthesiology and Pediatrics; 1 Innovation Team of University in Zhejiang Province: Anesthesiology; 2 Provincial key Laboratories: Anesthesiology Laboratory and Orthopedics Laboratory; 3 Municipal Key Laboratories: Laboratory of Rehabilitation Medicine, Laboratory of Pediatrics and Laboratory of Gynecologic Oncology; 12 Key Disciplines of Medicine in Zhejiang Province; 2 Key Science and Technology Innovation Teams in Wenzhou; 26 Key Constructed and Supported Disciplines of the Hospital. The Hospital has established 16 clinical and research institutes of WMU,: Orthopedic Research Institute, Pain Research Institute, Anesthesiology, Neurology & Endocrinology Institute, Pediatrics Research Institute, Environmental Toxicology and Health Research Institute, Institute of Reproductive Biomedicine, Institute of cardiovascular pharmacology, TCM Research Institute for Anorectal Diseases, Gynecologic Oncology Research Institute, Geriatric Neurology Institute, Development of Cardiovascular and Translational Medicine Research Institute, China-US Neuroimaging Research Institute, Orthopedic Biotechnology Application Institute, Orthopedics Digital Research Institute, Birmingham –WMU Clinical Trail Center and China-US Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Institute.  During the "twelfth five-year" period, the hospital has received 36 scientific research awards, including the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Reward.

As the Second Clinical Medicine School of WMU, there are 8 first-level Master Programs in the school: Clinical Medicine, Combined TCM and Western Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Pharmacology, Foundation Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Engineering. Clinical Medicine is also the first-level Post- and Doctoral Program. As the practice base for undergraduate and postgraduate overseas students, a multi-faceted and multilevel training program has been formed in terms of domestic and overseas student education. In particular, the hospital has become a national standardized residents training base, and acts as leading school for the joint standardized residents training program base of Zhejiang Province. The combined mode of the standardized resident training and postgraduate professional studies has been firstly carried out in Anesthesiology Department in Zhejiang Province. Departments of Pediatrics and Anesthesiology have become a pilot professional base for the standardized residents training.
